Overview:
Contracfy is a one-stop legal-tech platform that provides smart contract handling solutions with top-notch NLP technology. Use AI to generate recommendations for easy contract drafting and analyze users' past contracts and provide personalized drafting suggestions and templates.
Objective:
Contracfy requires detail research and design for a website, along with clearly defined visual branding graphics which effectively shows how contracfy works.

RESEARCH
Goal: To understand the current industry and audience through research.
Market research
When first learn about legal industry, I need to make sure if there is the demand for AI technology application in Legal area and how big.
Competitor analysis
Through analysing similar competitors, we simply locate our company technology and product's strengths in accuracy, customization, privacy protection that can compete with other profucts。
User Research
To find out users' needs, I propose several interview questions ranging from real case study, contract's considerations and the exsiting technology solutions and interviewed 20+ SME owners and lawyers for oppurtunities spots.
DEFINE
Goal: To define the target user’s needs, goals, motivations and frustrations based on research findings.
Problems statement
After user research, I define the problem of 2 target user groups. Then compare their' exsiting method with company's proposed solutions to spot new product and design opportunities.
IDEATE
Goal: To develop concepts for potential solutions based on research insights.
Product Orientation
After researching users' needs and NLP technology's capabilities, I ideate product solutions and competitive features, then design them to highlight and explain them to users in website.
User Flow
To solve the users' problems, I describe the typical functions and pages like Robot chat and editing page, together with some detailed set of steps needed to accomplish contract automatically generating tasks .
DESIGN
Goal: To design layout, look, and feeling of CONTRACFY website.
UI Kit
PROTOTYPE
Goal: To develop a model for the cONTRACFY website that could be tested and improved.
Interface Design
I implemented the researched features in high-fidelity prototype, making sure to adhere to the design direction outlined in the visual identity system and branding patterns. These prototype will be used for usability testing.
Homepage
Saas Platform build
Creating the whole Saas platform system for using NLP tools to generating contract, I decide the important components and make sure its style will match with the UI kit. This platform will be consist of login, user center, editing center and other pages. Among all, the editing center will has 4 main functions like edit, correction, term explanation, abstract that intellgently build the contracts.
